Race Day Events
Greyhound racing takes place throughout the year. We currently
race every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings. For all these meetings
the doors open at 6:30pm with the first race being from 7:30pm. We also race on
Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings as part of the BAGS service.
Greyhound racing is an evolving industry and at Romford we strive
to respond to the advancement of the industry and to the needs of our customers.
Our race days and times are therefore subject to change. Please contact the stadium

The Chase Restaurant
The Chase Restaurant is the place to be on Race Nights, it
is situated along the finishing straight, with a superb view of the whole track.
The restaurant seats 240 diners with the added benefit of food and wine servers.
Our Tote messengers are also on hand to explain and collect all of your bets and
return your winnings! Just sit back, relax, enjoy your meal and capture the thrill
and excitement of Greyhound racing, whilst our team of experienced and dedicated
staff take care of your every need.
Millennium Stand
Our newly refurbished Millennium Stand is home to the Fast
Lane dining area with seating for 52 people. The dining area offers a superb view
of the track and overlooks the kennels, giving customers the opportunity to watch
the dogs coming out on parade. You can enjoy a 3-course meal from our table service
menu or just choose from our fast food menu to take away, the choice is yours.
The Pavilion
Announcing a brand new facility, which opened in December 2004
and is situated on our first bend with a terrace view of the track. Whether you
are looking for the perfect venue for a corporate event, a party or for entertaining
clients - The Pavilion will accommodate you in style. Groups from ten up to one
hundred can be catered for.
Sponsorship
Race sponsorship can provide the perfect finishing touch to
whatever event you are organising at the Stadium, from entertaining corporate
clients to a social club dinner, we can make your evening extra special. A one-off
race sponsorship costs from £160, plus VAT, for which you will receive:
- Your name/company on the cover of the racecard
- A race named after you/or company
- Presentation of a trophy to the winning connections
- A colour photograph of the presentation
- A message on the TV screens
- A basket of flowers/sparkling wine and chocolates
