HEAD CHEF
The successful applicant must have strong communication skills with a desire to motivate and encourage, manage and train a full team in a busy high pressure environment.

Reporting to the Catering Manager, you will be required to work 4 nights per week, with some morning and afternoon work required. The successful applicant will be responsible for Servicing a 240-seater Restaurant, Corporate Facility and Fast Food Outlets.
Salary £25k plus package.

BAR STAFF / WINE WAITRESS/WAITERS
Although previous experience is not essential, clear communication and customer service skills are vital in this hands-on role within a very lively environment. Working a variety of nights including Saturdays – with a starting rate of £5 per hour.

GLASS COLLECTORS
Required to work a variety of evenings – age 16+ hourly rate £4.04 - 7.15 p.m. – 11.15 p.m.

FOOD WAITERS/WAITRESSES
Previous experience preferred but not essential. Clear communication and customer service skills are vital in this hands-on role within a very lively environment. Working a variety of nights including Saturdays – with a starting rate of £5 per hour.

TOTE OPERATORS
Although no experience is required, as full training is given, clear communication and excellent customer service skills are a necessity. Hours are between 7.15 p.m. - 11.00 p.m. - Fri & Sat evenings (3-3/4 hours per session). Hourly rates start from £5.16 per hour.
