THE JOB

We have various positions available that offer working arrangements ranging from 5 to 40 hours over 1 to 5 days. We work Monday to Sunday, most bank holidays and evenings. Our current shop trading hours are:

  • 8.30 a.m. - 9.30 p.m. Monday - Saturday
  • 11.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m. (approximately) on Sundays

OPPORTUNITIES

There are four types of retail positions available with Coral, these are:

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
As a Customer Service Assistant you will be responsible for providing a friendly and efficient service to every customer. This role includes accepting and paying out bets, in shop presentation and other administrative duties. You will be a vital part of the shop team and be responsible for providing the highest possible standard of customer service at all times.

ASSISTANT MANAGER
In addition to your Customer Service Assistant duties you will be given further training to provide you with the skills required to assist the management team in running the unit.

DEPUTY RETAIL MANAGER
This role will involve supporting the Manager in the day to day running of the unit and will include, on completion of training, full responsibility in the Manager's absence.

CORAL RETAIL MANAGER
As a Coral Retail Manager you will be fully responsible for maximising the profit of your shop by managing the business effectively and ensuring the commitment of the shop team to deliver the highest quality service to the customer.
