Romford Greyhound Stadium
Romford Stadium began racing on 21st June 1929 and moved to its present London Road site two years later.

Romford achieved the BGRB (British Greyhound Racing Board) 1998 Racecourse of the Year award and is the busiest greyhound stadium in the country. Our customer facilities include two enclosures, tote betting, track side Bookmakers, two Coral Betting Shops, two restaurants, two fast food restaurants, a children's playground, and numerous bars.

We aim to provide our customers with the very best in quality service and to do so we need a top quality team of staff.

We currently race on every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday evening, Thursday afternoon, and Saturday morning, and we have part time and full time employment opportunities from time to time in the following areas:

• Tote Betting (Bet Operators, and Bet Messengers)
• Bars (Bar Assistants, Bar Support Staff, and Drink Waiters/Waitresses)
• Catering (Kitchen Staff & Chefs, Food Waiters/Waitresses, Cashiers, Fast Food Operators, and Restaurant Reservations Clerks)
• Maintenance (Groundskeepers, and Cleaners)
• Security (Stewards/Stewardesses)
• Receptionists
• Racing Office (Racing Office Assistants, and Paddock Staff)
• Promotions/Customer Service (Telesales Clerks, Customer Service Hosts/Hostesses, and Turnstile Operators)
